NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 51:01 The Association shall not call, cause or authorize, nor will any member take part in any strike so long as this Agreement continues to operate. In the event of an actual or impending breach of this Article 51 by a member or members, the Association shall forthwith advise its members of their obligation under this Article. The University shall not call, cause, authorize or sanction a lock-out so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
