No Responsibility, Endorsement, or Guarantee for Customers and Providers. Bids and Services The Company does not deliver, and is not responsible for, any of the Provider’s products, services, or advice. The Providers are not employees or agents of the Company and the Company is not an agent of any Provider. The rating system (future website version) of Providers are a result of other Customers’ experiences working with Providers. We don’t monitor any qualifications or backgrounds of any of the crowd sourced providers and cannot and do not represent or warrant that any Provider is licensed, qualified, bonded, insured, or capable of performing any service which is why we only allow service bid requests for basic type services the average person can perform and not requiring any professional licenses. We do not make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind regarding any Provider, any advice or other information that a Provider provides or the products or services that a Provider provides, and we are not responsible for any action or inaction of any Provider. Reference to any products, services or other information by trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us. We do not guarantee that the Services can match a Customer’s service needs with a Provider or that there are Providers in a Customer’s area that are capable of and willing to meet a Customer’s service needs. Any bid by Providers in connection with the services is only informational, is not a contractually binding offer, and is not a guarantee of the actual cost of your specific project. When you work with a Provider, your rights will be governed by your contract with the Provider and by applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Responsibilities of Customer 5.1 To the extent that the Supplier requires access to the Customer Site to perform the Services, the Customer shall provide such access during Normal Business Hours and to provide a suitable work environment to enable the Supplier to perform such Services subject to the Supplier complying with such internal policies and procedures of the Customer (including those relating to security and health and safety) as may be notified to the Supplier in writing from time to time.

  • Responsibility of the Contractor The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all deliverables and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.

  • Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.

  • Contractor's responsibility for subcontractors The Contractor shall be as fully responsible to the City for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors, and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by them, as Contractor is for the acts and omissions of persons it directly employs. Contractor shall cause appropriate provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts relating to this work, to bind all subcontractors to Contractor by all the terms herein set forth, and insofar as applicable to the work of subcontractors and to give Contractor the same power regarding termination of any subcontract as the City may exercise over Contractor under any provisions of this contract. Nothing contained in this contract shall create any contractual relation between the subcontractor and the City or between any subcontractors.

  • Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.

The Manager, in consultation with the Institution, may from time to time, in its sole and unfettered discretion, establish and/or amend policies, protocols and guidelines to uphold and ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the Manager, all of which will constitute part of the Residence Community Living Standards or Institution Code of Conduct, as appropriate. The Resident hereby acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their compliance with / review of such policies, protocols and guidelines (as may be created, amended, revised or restated by the Manager) found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
