No Requirements. Atossa is not required to: (a) develop Licensed Products; (b) receive Licensor’s or a third party’s approval for any use of any Licensed Products; (c) attribute creation or development of any Licensed Product to Licensor; or (d) take action against any third party relating to the third party’s use or exploitation of any Licensed Product.
No Requirements. The Company does not need to use any Intellectual Property Rights of any other person in order to carry on its business in its present form.
No Requirements. No consent, waiver, approval, authorization, exemption, registration, license or declaration is required to be made or obtained by such Party in connection with (i) the execution, delivery or enforceability of this Agreement or (ii) the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated herein.
No Requirements. Except as specially provided herein for the acquisition of digital cinema equipment and service, or otherwise determined by separate majority votes of the Participants, no Participant will be required to place any order for any goods or services with an Approved Vendor. To obtain any discounts negotiated by CBG- NATO from any Approved Vendors, all Participant purchases of such goods and services from Approved Vendors must be made by placing such order(s) with either the Approved Vendor or, where appropriate, through CBG-NATO.
No Requirements. Except as provided herein, no Participant will be required to place any order for any goods or services with an Approved Vendor. To obtain any discounts negotiated by CBG-NATO from any Approved Vendors, all Participant purchases of such goods and services from Approved Vendors must be made by placing such order(s) with either the Approved Vendor or, where appropriate, through CBG-NATO, as specified in each Vendor agreement.
No Requirements. If Tenant desires to use a colored neon that could prevent compliance with the overall level of illumination for the site, Landlord at its sole discretion may approve the proposed neon if it contributes towards variety across the site in color and design.
No Requirements. Nothing in this Agreement requires Recipient Transition Group (or any of its successors and assigns) to request any particular quantity or level of any Transition Service provided under this Agreement.
No Requirements. The Company does not need to use any Intellectual Property Rights (apart from unpatentable confidential know-how and copyright in its documents) of any other person in order to carry on its business in its present form.
