NO RENTAL. You may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute Licensed Products to any third party, and You may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the Licensed Products.
NO RENTAL. You may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS to any third party, and you may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.
NO RENTAL. You may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute the Products to any third party, and may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the Products except for the sole purpose of accessing the functionality of the Products in the form of Software Services in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any agreement between you and Provider.
NO RENTAL. Customer may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute the Microsoft Products to any third party, and may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the Microsoft Products except for the sole purpose of accessing the functionality of the Microsoft Products in the form of software services in accordance with the terms of this Addendum and the Agreement.
NO RENTAL. You may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute the Licensed Software to any third party, and you may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the Licensed Software.
NO RENTAL. The Owner shall not rent or lease the Lands or any Affordable Ownership Dwelling Unit on the Lands.
NO RENTAL. You may not rent, sell, lease or lend, the Software. You may not modify or create derivative works based on the Software in whole or in part. You may not permit third parties to benefit from the use of functionality of the Software through a timesharing, service bureau or other arrangement.

The Customer may not rent, lease, lend, pledge, or directly or indirectly transfer or distribute the Products to any third party, and may not permit any third party to have access to and/or use the functionality of the Products except for the sole purpose of accessing the functionality of the Products in the form of Software Services in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any agreement between the Customer and the Partner.
NO RENTAL. Except as provided in Section 7 above, and as otherwise agreed to by the City in advance, shall not be rented, subleased, or subject to any other business arrangement whereby consideration shall be paid by any occupant of an Affordable Unit to the Owner of the Affordable Unit; provided, if the Unit is occupied by a Family of Moderate Income, the family members, whose income was considered in determining the eligibility of that family, may make monetary contributions toward the Housing Costs of the Affordable Unit.
NO RENTAL. You may not rent, license, assign, transfer, time share, host, lend, sublicense, distribute, or lease the software, or any access code or any licenses associated with the same for any purpose, except as otherwise expressly provided in this XXXX.
