No Reimbursement for Costs. No party in this Agreement shall be required to reimburse any other party for the cost of providing the services set forth in the Dual Response and/or Automatic Mutual Aid sections of this Agreement. Each party shall pay its own costs for responding to the Emergency Incidents as described in said sections of this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference.   • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

It is understood that, except as specifically provided in Sections 7, 9, 10 and 13 of this Agreement, the Underwriters will pay all of their own fees, costs and expenses (including the fees and disbursements of its counsel), transfer taxes and any advertising expenses in connection with sales or offers from the Underwriters to third parties.
