No Refund Policy. Unless otherwise explicitly stated to the contrary in the Part II of the Fee Estimate Proposal, all Fees are nonrefundable. FOCUSIT reserves the right to make adjustments in any Fee structure at any time, and from time to time, during the Term of this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of this Section 8. Any and all payments including, without limitation, any of the Fees for access and use of the FOCUSIT Application and FOCUSIT Site by Client or by any other End User shall be paid by Client only to FOCUSIT and to no other party whatsoever.

No Refund Policy. Tuition deposits and the unconditional payments promised above are non-refundable, even in the event of a student’s withdrawal. If a family should incur unusual and extraordinary circumstances which require a student’s withdrawal (for example, job loss or out-of-town job transfer), the School may consider a tuition refund on a case by case basis and in the sole discretion of the School. In such event, the family must first submit a written request fully documenting their reasons for withdrawal. Refunds or forgiveness of the remaining promised payments are very rare and would not be granted as a result of a parental decision to send a student to a different school.

For example, if cable TV service is disrupted over a weekend and the cable company cannot schedule an appointment until the following Monday, the repair will not happen over the weekend. No matter what happens, if the Property is otherwise habitable and the License remains in the Property, the Licensee hereby confirms and agrees that no refunds will be issued.

No Refund Policy. I understand that no adjustments will be made to my account in the event of my child’s absence during Winter/Spring Break. I recognize that I am responsible for fees for time reserved, not actual time spent at CMS-ASEP Winter/Spring Break. • I understand that CMS-ASEP operates Winter and Spring Break Programs at limited school sites on select non-school days. The Winter and Spring Break Program is open for a full day and the hours of operation will be 6:45 a.m. until 6 p.m. I understand that enrollment in a Winter and Spring Break Program requires separate registration and additional fees. I understand if I want my child to attend CMS-ASEP during Winter and Spring Break, I will register and pay by the given deadlines. Winter and Spring Break Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. • I understand that CMS-ASEP is open until 6 p.m. in the event my child is not picked up by the designated closing time, I will be charged $1.00 for each minute after 6 p.m. • I understand that if I am a recipient of a childcare subsidy, I will contact the Site Coordinator at my child’s school or ASEP Central Office prior to enrolling my child regarding my payment arrangements.
No Refund Policy. If I chose to withdraw my child from the program at any time during the dance season, I agree to notify TPDC in writing prior to the next tuition installment charge date (1st of the month), or the next installment will be due. Until the written notification is received, a spot will be held in the class and tuition will continue to be charged. Tuition is non-refundable. There are also no refunds on costumes, competition fees, etc. In the event my child withdraws from dance class prior to the start of the dance season or anytime during the season, I acknowledge that there are no refunds as a spot has been held for my child. If we ask your child to leave TPDC for poor behavior, bullying, or any other reason TPDC staff deem appropriate, there will be no refunds for tuition, costumes, competition fees, etc.
