No Reemployment. You acknowledge and agree that the Company has no obligation to employ You or offer You employment in the future and You shall have no recourse against the Company if it refuses to employ You or offer You employment. If You do seek re-employment, then this Release shall constitute sufficient cause for the Company to refuse to re-employ You. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has the right to offer to re-employ You in the future if, in its sole discretion, it chooses to do so.

Employee agrees that he will not seek, apply for, accept, or otherwise pursue employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, and acknowledges that if he reapplies for or seeks employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, the Company’s or any of the Releasees’ refusal to hire Employee based on this Section 14 shall provide a complete defense to any claims arising from Employee’s attempt to obtain employment.
