Common use of No Reductions Clause in Contracts

No Reductions. All payments due to the Administrative Agent or any Lender under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall be made by the Borrowers without any reduction or deduction whatsoever, including any reduction or deduction for any charge, set-off, holdback, recoupment or counterclaim (whether sounding in tort, contract or otherwise).
