No Reduction of Benefits. Employer shall not at any time during the term of this agreement reduce the salary, compensation or other financial benefits of Employee, except to the degree of such a reduction across-the-board for all employees of the Employer or Section 3C becomes applicable.
No Reduction of Benefits. Full-time nurses will not suffer any 25 reduction in the accruals of time-off benefits for approved incidental absences.
No Reduction of Benefits. The City will not, at any time during the Term of this Agreement, reduce the non-salary benefits of the City Manager, except to the degree such reductions exist or are enacted for all department heads of the City. Any reduction in salary will be governed by Section 5.3 of this Agreement.

Employees receiving a higher rate of pay, or other more favorable working conditions, than the provisions of this Agreement provided on its adoption, shall not receive any reduction in wages or abrogation of more favorable conditions because of the provisions of this Agreement.

No Reduction of Benefits. 429 a.) The Employer cannot unilaterally change explicitly stated benefit provisions contained in the Contract without bargaining with the Union, nor can the Employer bargain to impasse and implement any such benefit changes. The only exception to this would be in the conformity to law provisions contained in Article XXIV, paragraph 1120.
