Except for filings by Purchaser under Section 13 of Exchange Act, and of a Current Report on Form 8-K by the Company, neither the Company nor the Purchaser will make any public disclosure concerning the transactions contemplated by this Agreement unless such disclosure has been provided to the other party at least two business days prior to such disclosure, unless such disclosure is required more promptly by applicable law.
