Common use of No Public Disclosure Clause in Contracts

No Public Disclosure. Neither party shall make any public statement, announcement or disclosure to third parties concerning the existence of this Agreement or its terms, the business relationship between the parties or the transactions contemplated hereby, without the prior written approval of the other party unless such disclosure is required by law, regulation, rule or legal process, in which case the disclosing party agrees to provide the non-disclosing party with prior notice of any such disclosure so that the non-disclosing party may, at its own expense and within its sole discretion, pursue an appropriate legal challenge to any such disclosure.
