Common use of No Petition Covenants Clause in Contracts

No Petition Covenants. Notwithstanding any prior termination of this Agreement, the Servicer shall not, prior to the date which is one year and one day after payment in full of all obligations and the final distribution with respect to the Securities to the Note Distribution Account or the Certificate Distribution Account, as applicable, acquiesce, petition or otherwise invoke or cause the Issuer or NFRRC to invoke or join any other Person in instituting the process of any court or government authority for the purpose of commencing or sustaining a case against the Issuer or NFRRC any bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, insolvency, liquidation proceeding, or similar law of the United States or any state of the United States.
