Common use of No Payments Clause in Contracts

No Payments. Except for payments required in accordance with the performance of the applicable Mixed Contract, nothing in this Section 2.12 shall require either Party or any of its Subsidiaries to make any payment (except to the extent advanced, assumed or agreed in advance to be reimbursed by the other Party or any of the other Party’s Subsidiaries), incur any obligation or grant any concession for the benefit of the other Party or any of the other Party’s Subsidiaries, in each case, in order to effect any transaction (other than the pass-through of rewards and burdens of the applicable portions of the Mixed Contracts or Mixed Accounts in accordance with this Section 2.12).
