No Party Deemed Drafter. Each of the parties hereto agrees that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. Each Party to this Agreement acknowledges that such Party has been represented by legal counsel in preparation of this Agreement. If this Agreement or any provision hereof is interpreted by a court of law, no provision hereof shall be construed more harshly against any Party as drafter.
No Party Deemed Drafter. TRS and Management Company agree that (i) no party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement and (ii) in the event that his Agreement is ever construed by a court of law, such court shall not deem either party to be the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. CHS, Servicer, Seller, each Purchaser, each Purchaser Agent and Administrative Agent agree that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement.

The parties agree that neither party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement and that in the event this Agreement is ever construed by a court of law or equity, such court shall not construe this Agreement or any provision hereof against either party as the drafter of the Agreement. Seller and Buyer, and each of them, acknowledging that both parties hereto have contributed substantially and materially to the preparation hereof.
