No Partnerships. This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, fiduciary or other relationship, except the relationship of contracting parties. No Party is liable for any act or omission of any other Party, except as may be set out in this Agreement.
No Partnerships. This Agreement shall not make or be deemed to make any Party to this Agreement an agent for or the partner of any other Party.
No Partnerships. No Properties are subject to (i) any common law partnership under relevant state law and no Properties were or are subject to any joint venture or association, other than Permitted Encumbrances, and (ii) any arrangement which is, or is treated as, a partnership for federal income tax purposes has made a timely and valid election out of Subchapter K of the Code. None of the Properties otherwise constitute an interest in either a partnership, a publicly traded partnership or an association taxable as a corporation for purposes of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
No Partnerships. This Instrument shall not make or be deemed to make any Party to this Instrument an agent for or the partner or joint venturer of any other Party.

The Parties hereunder are operating as independent entities, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating a partnership, franchise, joint venture, employer-employee or agency relationship. Neither Party has the authority to make any statements, representations or commitments of any kind on behalf of the other Party.
No Partnerships. The Company is not a member of any joint venture, partnership, or other arrangement or Contract that is treated as a partnership for Income Tax purposes.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to constitute a partnership or other similar relationship between Grant, Licensee or any of their respective Affiliates nor to confer any fiduciary or similar relationship between Grant, Licensee or any of their respective Affiliates.

This Agreement does not create and shall not be construed to create a partnership, association, joint venture or fiduciary relationship of any kind or character between the LESSEE and LESSOR, or EnergyNet, and shall not be construed to impose any duty, obligation, or liability arising from such a relationship by or with respect to the LESSEE, LESSOR, or EnergyNet.
No Partnerships. Nothing contained or implied in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership between the Parties (or any of them) and none of the Parties shall have any authority to bind or commit any other party in any way, save as expressly set out herein.
