Common use of No Partnership, Agency or Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

No Partnership, Agency or Joint Venture. This Agreement is intended to create a contractual relationship between Stockholder and Buyer, and is not intended to create, and does not create, any agency, partnership, joint venture or any like relationship between the parties hereto or among any other stockholders of Seller entering into voting agreements with Buyer. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in Buyer any direct or indirect ownership or incidence of ownership of or with respect to any Shares.

No Partnership, Agency or Joint Venture. This Agreement is intended to create a contractual relationship between Stockholder among the Company Stockholders, the Company and BuyerParent, and is not intended to create, and does not create, any agency, partnership, joint venture or any like relationship between among the parties hereto or among any other stockholders of Seller Company Stockholders entering into voting agreements with Buyerthe Company or Parent. Each Company Stockholder has acted independently regarding its decision to enter into this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in Buyer the Company or Parent any direct or indirect ownership or incidence of ownership of or with respect to any Subject Shares.
