No Partial Exercise. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, an Option may be exercised only in whole.
No Partial Exercise. The Option, if exercised, must be exercised for the whole of the New Interest and not a portion thereof.
No Partial Exercise. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, an FXOP-i Transaction may only be exercised in whole.
No Partial Exercise. The Optionholder must not exercise the Option for part only of the Option Shares.
