Common use of No Ownership Interest Clause in Contracts

No Ownership Interest. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in the Purchaser any direct or indirect economic benefit or ownership or incidence of ownership of, or relating to, any Owned Shares. All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the Shareholder, and the Purchaser shall have no authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder in the voting of any of the Owned Shares, except as otherwise provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s duties or responsibilities as a shareholder of the Company.

No Ownership Interest. Nothing contained in this Voting Agreement shall be deemed to vest in the Purchaser Acquiror any direct or indirect economic benefit or ownership or incidence of ownership of, of or relating to, with respect to any Owned Shares. All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the ShareholderStockholders, and the Purchaser Acquiror shall have no authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder Stockholders in the voting of any of the Owned Shares, except as otherwise provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s Stockholders' duties or responsibilities as a shareholder stockholders of the Company.

No Ownership Interest. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in the Purchaser Investor any direct or indirect economic benefit or ownership or incidence of ownership (including Beneficial Ownership) of, or relating with respect to, any Owned Covered Shares. All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Covered Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the ShareholderShareholders. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and the Purchaser Investor shall not have no authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the any Shareholder in (a) the voting Voting of any of the Owned Shares, except as otherwise provided herein, Shareholders’ Covered Shares or in (b) the performance of the Shareholder’s Shareholders’ duties or responsibilities as a shareholder or director of the Company, if applicable.

All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Shares Shareholder’s Securities shall remain vested in and belong to the applicable Shareholder, and the Purchaser neither Parent nor Merger Sub shall have no any authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder in the voting of any of the Owned SharesShareholder’s Securities, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s duties or responsibilities as a shareholder of the Company.

Nothing Except as set forth in Section 4.1, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in the Purchaser Company any direct or indirect economic benefit or ownership or incidence of ownership of, of or relating to, with respect to any Owned Shares. All rights, ownership and economic benefits of of, and relating to to, the Owned Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the ShareholderShareholders, and the Purchaser Company shall have no authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company Parent or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder Shareholders in the voting of any of the Owned Shares, Shares except as otherwise provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s Shareholders’ duties or responsibilities as a shareholder shareholders of the CompanyParent.

All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to all of the Owned Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the Shareholder, applicable Shareholders and the Purchaser neither Parent nor Merger Sub shall have no any authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder such Person in the voting of any of the Owned Shares, Shares (except as otherwise specifically provided herein, ) or in the performance of the any Shareholder’s duties or responsibilities as a shareholder of the Company.

All all rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Holders’ Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the ShareholderHolders, and the Purchaser Parent shall have no authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder Holders in the voting of any of the Owned Holders’ Shares, except as otherwise provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s Holders’ duties or responsibilities as a shareholder stockholders of the Company.

All Except as otherwise provided herein or in the Purchase Agreement, all rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Owned Subject Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the Shareholder, and neither Company nor the Purchaser shall have no any authority to manage, direct, superintend, restrict, regulate, govern, or administer any of the policies or operations of the Company or exercise any power or authority to direct the Shareholder in the voting of any of the Owned Shares, except as otherwise provided herein, or in the performance of the Shareholder’s duties or responsibilities as a shareholder of the Company.
