Common use of No Other Understandings Clause in Contracts

No Other Understandings. This Agreement, consisting of five (5) pages plus Exhibits A and B, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and/or assigns. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by the Company and Employee. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, including facsimile, PDF, or photocopy counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
