Common use of No Other Rights Clause in Contracts

No Other Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest or other right in any Know-How or Patent Rights of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or provided by the other Party to the receiving Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party heretoParty, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest interest, license right or other right in any Know-How or How, Patent Rights or other intellectual property rights of the other PartyParty or any of its Affiliates, including items owned, controlled controlled, developed or developed acquired by the other PartyParty or any of its Affiliates, or provided by the other Party to the receiving first Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest or license or other right in any technology, trade secrets, Patents, Know-How or Patent Rights patent applications of the other PartyParty including without limitation any right or interest in or to any Targets, including items products, vaccines, antibodies, cell lines or cultures, or animals owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or provided transferred by the other Party to the receiving such Party at any time pursuant to in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a Party hereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest interest, license or other right in any Know-How or Patent Rights Intellectual Property of the other Party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other Party, or provided by the other Party to the receiving Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Rights. 12.5.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall will a Party heretoor any of its Affiliates, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest interest, license or other right in or to any Know-How How, Patents or Patent Rights other intellectual property of the other Party. No rights or obligations not explicitly set forth in this Agreement are intended to be granted or imposed, including items ownedwhether by implication or otherwise, controlled by virtue of this Agreement or developed by the other transactions and arrangements contemplated hereby on or in favor of either Party, or provided by the other Party to the receiving Party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.
