Common use of No Other Relationship Clause in Contracts

No Other Relationship. The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company Company, on one hand, and the Manager and the Forward Purchaser, on the other hand, has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has and the Forward Purchaser have advised or is are advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Sales Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal Sales Manager in connection with the purchase and sale of the Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Sales Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Sales Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, any Transaction Notice and any Terms Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares ADSs and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, any Transaction Notice and any Terms Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Sales Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal Sales Manager in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares the Placement Securities and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Sales Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Sales Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;

No Other Relationship. The Manager has been retained solely to act as sales agent and/or principal in connection with the purchase and sale of Shares and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Manager has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this the Distribution Agreements, any Transaction Notice, any Terms Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether the Manager has advised or is advising the Company on other mattersmatters or any oral representations or assurances previously or subsequently made by the Manager;
