No Other Registration Rights. The Issuer shall not hereafter, without the consent of the Required Holders, grant any registration rights to any holder of Securities in respect of such Securities if such registration rights would rank senior to, or otherwise adversely affect, the registration rights granted in this Article VI. This Section 6.06 shall not prohibit the grant of registration rights to others on a "pari passu" basis with those granted in this Article VI.
