NO OTHER PROMISES. Executive affirms that the only consideration for his signing this Agreement is that set forth in Paragraph 2 that no other promise or agreement of any kind has been made to or with Executive by any person or entity to cause Executive to execute this document, and that Executive fully understands the meaning and intent of this Agreement, including but not limited to, its final and binding effect.
NO OTHER PROMISES. Employee represents that in executing this Agreement, no promise or inducement has been made to Employee except as set forth in this Agreement and that Employee is entering into this Agreement without any threat or coercion and without reliance on any statement or representation, written or oral, made by any person representing the Company, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
NO OTHER PROMISES. This Agreement contains all of the terms, promises, representations and understandings made between the parties. Employee agrees that no promises, representations or inducements have been made to him which caused him to sign this Agreement other than those which are expressly set forth above herein.

Xxxxxx affirms that the only consideration for him signing this Agreement is that set forth in Paragraphs 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c), that no other promise or agreement of any kind has been made to or with him by any person or entity to cause him to execute this document, and that he fully understands the meaning and intent of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, its final and binding effect.

Mr. Xxxxx xxxirms that the only consideration for him signing this Agreement is that set forth in Paragraph 2, that no other promise or agreement of any kind has been made to or with him by any person or entity to cause him to execute this document, and that he fully understands the meaning and intent of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, its final and binding effect.
NO OTHER PROMISES. The Executive agrees that no promise or inducement has been offered or made to him except as set forth in this Agreement and the Employment Agreement and that he is not relying on any other statement or representation by the Company or any person(s) acting on its behalf.

NO OTHER PROMISES. Each Party represents that no other promise or inducement has been offered or given in consideration of this Release and that this Release is executed without reliance upon any statement or representation by any Party other than as set forth herein.
NO OTHER PROMISES. The Company has made no promises to Executive other than those in this Retirement Agreement. This Retirement Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Executive and the Company. It may not be amended, modified or supplemented except by a written agreement signed by both Executive and the Senior Vice President, Human Resources of International Paper Company, or his designee, that expressly amends, modifies or supplements this Retirement Agreement.
