No Other Obligation. Each Party understands and agrees that no contract or agreement providing for any brokerage arrangement or any Property sale will be deemed to exist. Each Party also agrees that no Party will be under any legal obligation of any kind with respect to such a Transaction, by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise, except for the matters specifically agreed to in this Agreement.
