No Other Distributions. Except as provided in Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4, no other distributions from the Trust Account shall be permitted other than pursuant to Article I(i) above.
No Other Distributions. In transferring its property to the Fund, the Agency intends to create a permanent endowment. No distributions in excess of the amount dictated by the application of the Foundation’s spending policy may be made to the Agency in any year.
