No Other Contracts Other than this Agreement, there are no contracts, agreements or understandings between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the Placement Agent for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment with respect to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Other Agreements The Financial Institution has not entered into an agreement relating to a Collateral Account in which it has agreed to comply with “entitlement orders” (as defined in Section 8-102(a)(8) of the UCC) or “instructions” (within the meaning of Section 9-104 of the UCC) of any Person other than the Secured Party.
No Other Agreements to Purchase No person other than the Purchaser has any written or oral agreement or option or any right or privilege (whether by law, pre-emptive or contractual) capable of becoming an agreement or option for the purchase or acquisition from the Vendor of any of the Purchased Shares.
No Other Agreement Executive shall have no employment contract or other written or oral agreement concerning employment with any entity or person other than the Bank during the term of his employment under this Agreement.
No Other Payments The Issuer will not, directly or indirectly, make payments to or distributions from the Collection Account except according to the Transaction Documents.
No Effect on Other Contractual Rights The provisions of this Agreement, and any payment provided for hereunder, shall not reduce any amounts otherwise payable to the Executive, or in any way diminish the Executive’s rights as an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated companies, whether existing on the date of this Agreement or hereafter, under any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement or other contract or agreement of the Company or any of its affiliated companies providing benefits to the Executive.
No Other Modifications Except as modified by this Extension and Amendment, the provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Performance of Other Agreements Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term, covenant and provision to be observed or performed by Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement, any other Loan Document and any other agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
No Other Compensation Except as expressly provided in Sections 1.4 through 1.7, Executive shall not be entitled to any other compensation or benefits.
No Other Modification Except as set forth in this Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
