Common use of No Other Business Clause in Contracts

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreement.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables Contracts in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 2.03 of the Trust Agreement.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling the activities set forth in Section 2.03 of the Trust Agreement and managing the Receivables in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business than as required or activities as contemplated authorized by Section 1.03 the terms of the Trust AgreementTransaction Documents.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling selling, managing and managing enforcing the Receivables Loans and Related Property, including through any subsidiaries permitted pursuant to Section 5.10 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Transaction Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of thereto, issuing the Notes and the Trust AgreementCertificate and as otherwise expressly permitted in the Trust Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling the purpose and managing the Receivables powers set forth in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 2.03 of the Trust AgreementAgreement and all activities incidental thereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than as set forth with respect thereto in the Trust Agreement and other than financing, purchasing, owning, owning and selling and managing the Receivables Mortgage Loans and the issuance of the Certificates in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than as set forth with respect thereto in the Trust Agreement and other than financing, purchasing, owning, owning and selling and managing the Receivables Grantor Trust Certificate and the issuance of the Certificates in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than [financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables Contracts][acquiring and maintaining the Underlying Trust Certificate] in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Transaction Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than as set forth with respect thereto in the Trust Agreement and other than financing, purchasing, owning, owning and selling and managing the Receivables Mortgage Loans and the issuance of the Notes and Certificates in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling acquiring and managing maintaining the Receivables Underlying Trust Certificate in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Transaction Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables in the Indenture manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreement.

The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than as set forth with respect thereto in the Trust Agreement and other than financing, purchasing, owning, owning and selling and managing the Receivables Mortgage Loans and HELOC Mortgage Loans and the issuance of the Notes and Certificates in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and all activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables Contracts in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreement.or

The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, (i) purchasing, owning, selling owning and managing the Receivables Trust Estate and the proceeds thereof in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto or Transaction Documents, (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 issuing and making payments in respect of the Trust AgreementNotes and (iii) all activities related thereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, purchasing, owning, selling and managing the Receivables Leases and the related Equipment in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Basic Documents Documents, issuing the Notes and the Trust Certificates and activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreementthereto.
