No Obstacles. 1. Each Party shall ensure that its measures do not operate to restrict or impair trade between, among or through the territory of the Parties, or investment or labour mobility between or among the Parties.

No Obstacles. Subject to Article 5.7, each Party shall ensure that any measure it adopts or maintains does not operate to create an obstacle to trade, investment and labour mobility between the Parties.

  • Markings 4.8.1. Every hose shall bear, at intervals of not greater than 0.5 m, the following clearly legible and indelible identification markings consisting of characters, figures or symbols.

If the Tenant's sign and fascia or display window is obstructed or interfered with by the scaffolding, the Landlord will permit the Tenant to display a sign (approved by the Landlord) on the exterior of the scaffolding in front of the Premises so that it is visible to the public. [Turnover Information The Landlord will only use any information provided to the Landlord under Clause 4.24 for management purposes in connection with the monitoring and assessment of sales at and the performance of the Centre. The Landlord may disclose it to the following people on the terms of Clause 5.7.2: the Landlord's advisors and funders; any party (and their advisors and funders) interested in acquiring the Landlord's interest in the Centre; where required by law; and where required by the rules of any listing authority. Where the Landlord is allowed to disclose the information to someone else under this Clause 5.7, the Landlord will stress its confidential nature.] Change in the extent of the Centre The Landlord may change the extent of the Centre but any changes must not: materially increase the amount of Service Charge payable by the Tenant; or materially prejudice: the Tenant's use and occupation of the Premises; or the rights, facilities and amenities granted to the Tenant under this Lease.

  • Interference Lessee shall use the Facility in a manner which shall not cause interference with the use or occupancy of the other portions of the Building by Lessor or others in any way. Lessee's use hereunder will be done in such a manner so as not to interfere with or impose any additional expense upon Lessor in maintaining the Building.

  • PETS Tenant shall not keep any pets on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenant to keep pets, an additional security deposit of $ will be required by the Landlord to keep in trust for potential damage to the Property caused by Tenant’s pets.

  • Appearance The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled. If the Employee does not appear, for any reason, on more than separate occasions in a 12-month calendar period the Employer has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately. In such event, the Employee would not be granted severance as stated in Section III.

  • Obstructions The Tenant shall not obstruct or place anything in or on the sidewalks or driveways outside the Building or in the lobbies, corridors, stairwells or other Common Areas of the Building, or use such locations for any purpose except access to and exit from the Premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent. The Landlord may remove at the Tenant’s expense any such obstruction or thing (unauthorized by the Landlord) without notice or obligation to the Tenant.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.
