Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Biond Financial content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Biond Financial and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Biond Financial or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Illegal Use Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
No Unlawful Discrimination In connection with the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, creed, color, national origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation or age. Such agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following: recruitment or recruitment advertising, rates or pay or other forms of compensation, and selection. Any violation of these provisions by Contractor shall constitute a material breach of contract. In all cases where persons are employed in the construction of public works, preference must be given when the qualifications of the applicants are equal:
No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.
No Commercial Use or Re-Sale You agree that the Service is only for the personal or business use of individuals authorized to access your account information. You agree not to make any commercial use of Mobile Banking or resell, lease, rent or distribute access to Mobile Banking.
REBATES, KICKBACKS OR OTHER UNLAWFUL CONSIDERATION CONSULTANT warrants that this contract was not obtained or secured through rebates kickbacks or other unlawful consideration, either promised or paid to any LOCAL AGENCY employee. For breach or violation of this warranty, LOCAL AGENCY shall have the right in its discretion; to terminate the contract without liability; to pay only for the value of the work actually performed; or to deduct from the contract price; or otherwise recover the full amount of such rebate, kickback or other unlawful consideration.
No Liability for Invalidity The Warrant Agent shall have no liability with respect to any invalidity of this Agreement or any of the Warrant Certificates (except as to the Warrant Agent’s countersignature thereon).
No Additional Work or Material No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this contract, performed or furnished by the contractor, will be allowed, nor may the contractor do any work or furnish any material not covered by the contract unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director and approved by the Agency Head.
Headings of No Force or Effect The headings of Articles and Sections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only, and shall in no way define, modify or restrict the meaning or interpretation of the terms or provisions of this Agreement.
