No Obligation to Third Parties. Except as otherwise provided in Section 9.1 hereof, none of the responsibilities and obligations of Developer or Owner under this Agreement shall in any way or in any manner be deemed to create any liability of Developer or Owner to, or any rights in, any Person other than Owner or Developer.
