None of the Servicer, the Issuer, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Sponsor, the Depositor or the Administrator will be obligated to investigate whether a breach or other event has occurred that would require the purchase of any Receivable under this Section 3.3 or whether any Receivables is required to be purchased under this Section 3.3.
