No Loss of Pay. When the legitimate business of a committee member or xxxxxxx arising from this collective agreement requires her/him to leave her/his job or department, she/he shall not suffer loss of pay for time spent in the performance of those duties during her/his working hours, such time not to exceed one half hour per week.
