No Loss of Credits. No department head shall cause an employee to lose earned annual leave credits. It shall be a shared responsibility of the employee and supervisor to ensure that the parties coordinate the scheduled time off. It is the responsibility of the operating department to notify the employee when they are within four (4) pay periods of reaching their maximum vacation accruals, and it is the responsibility of the employee to request time off in order to avoid loss of accruals. Requests for time off shall be made in accordance with Article 16.2 C.4.

  • CONCENTRATIONS OF CREDIT (1) Within sixty (60) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a written asset diversification program consistent with OCC Banking Circular 255. The program shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
