Common use of No Loss of Compensation Clause in Contracts

No Loss of Compensation. Members of the Health and Safety Committee will receive paid administrative leave while performing approved duties associated with the responsibilities of the Committee, and/or attending training or conferences required by the Employer. All time spent by the employee on Committee activities must be consistent with operational needs and pre-approved by the employee’s supervisor.

No Loss of Compensation. Members of the Health and Safety Committee will receive paid administrative leave leave, not to exceed an aggregate of 40 hours per calendar year total for the Committee while performing approved duties associated with the responsibilities of the Committee, and/or in addition to attending training or conferences required by the Employer.
