No Longer Officer. Notwithstanding that any individual whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a Subscription Receipt Certificate as one of the officers of the Corporation or Directors referred to in Section 2.5(1) hereof no longer holds the same or any other office with, or is no longer a Director of, the Corporation, at the date of issue of any Subscription Receipt Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, such Subscription Receipt Certificate will, subject to Section 2.6 hereof, be valid and binding on the Corporation.
No Longer Officer. Notwithstanding that any individual whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a Special Warrant Certificate as one of the officers of the Company or directors referred to in Section 2.4(a) hereof no longer holds the same or any other office with, or is no longer a director of, the Company at the date of issue of any Special Warrant Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, such Special Warrant Certificate will, subject to Section 2.5 hereof, be valid and binding on the Company.
No Longer Officer. Notwithstanding that any person whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a Warrant Certificate as one of the officers or individuals referred to in Subsection y2.4(a) hereof no longer holds the same or any other office with the Corporation at the date of issue of any Warrant Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, such Warrant Certificate will, subject to Section y2.5 hereof, be valid and binding on the Corporation.
No Longer Officer. Notwithstanding that any individual whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a FT Subscription Receipt Certificate as one of the officers or Directors of the Corporation referred to in Section 2.4(a) hereof no longer holds the same or any other office with, or is no longer a Director of, the Corporation at the date of issue of any FT Subscription Receipt Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, such FT Subscription Receipt Certificate will, subject to Section 2.5 hereof, be valid and binding on the Corporation.

Notwithstanding that any individual whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a Flow-Through Unit Subscription Receipt Certificate as one of the officers of the Corporation or Directors referred to in Section 2.5(a) hereof no longer holds the same or any other office with, or is no longer a Director of, the Corporation, at the date of issue of any Flow-Through Unit Subscription Receipt Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, such Flow-Through Unit Subscription Receipt Certificate will, subject to Section 2.6 hereof, be valid and binding on the Corporation.
