No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. Except as provided in Section 2.1(c) (Leased Premises), the Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by Host to issue or cause the issuance of any permit or approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of Host or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.
No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by Buyer to issue or cause the issuance of any approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the Buyer to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.
No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Lease shall be deemed to be an agreement by Landlord to issue or cause the issuance of any approval or permit, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of Landlord or any regulatory authority of Landlord to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with all applicable legal requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, Landlord agrees to take all reasonable measures with respect to which it has legal capacity to facilitate and expedite the review of all local permits, if any, and approvals necessary for the design, construction, engineering, operations, maintenance and deconstruction of the System and to act at all times during such review within its legal capacity.

The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement or the attached SLP shall be deemed to be an agreement by User to issue or cause the issuance of any Approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the User or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.

The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this lease shall be deemed to be an agreement by User to issue or cause the issuance of any approval or permit, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the User or any regulatory authority of the User to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.
No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Buyer is a municipal entity, and that nothing in this Agreement or the Lease shall be deemed to be an agreement by Buyer to issue or cause the issuance of any approval, authorization, or permit, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of Buyer or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.

The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by Medway to issue or cause the issuance of any permit or approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of Medway or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Laws.
No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by Customer to issue or cause the issuance of any permit or approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the Customer or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Law.
No Limitation of Regulatory Authority. The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this lease shall be deemed to be an agreement by Lessor to issue or cause the issuance of any approval or permit, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the Lessor or any regulatory authority of the Lessor to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.

The Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by the Town to issue or cause the issuance of any approval or permit, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of the Town or any regulatory authority of the Town, to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.
