Common use of No Light, Air or View Easement Clause in Contracts

No Light, Air or View Easement. Nothing contained in this Lease shall grant to or confer upon Tenant any right to receive any particular amount or level of light, air or view from the Premises. Any diminution in or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which is now or may hereafter be erected on property adjacent to the Building shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability upon Landlord. Noise, dust or vibration or other aspects of the new construction of improvements on property adjacent to the Building, whether or not owned by Landlord, shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Landlord.
