No License Rights. This Confidentiality Agreement and any Confidential Information used or disclosed hereunder shall not be construed as granting, expressly or by implication, Recipient any rights by license or otherwise to such Confidential Information or to any invention, patent or patent application, or other intellectual property right, now or hereafter owned or controlled by Provider.
No License Rights. Notwithstanding Section 2.1, it is understood and agreed that no license or right is granted with regard to the Enabling Technology or Product Technology, and/or related Know-How and Materials:

No License Rights. Supplying of Confidential Information will not be considered to provide any license or proprietary rights, including any implied patent license, to Recipient or any other party.

D. Data Protection. Each Party will at all times: (a) comply with applicable Data Protection Laws; and (b) will not do, or cause or permit to be done, anything that may cause or otherwise result in a breach of applicable Data Protection Laws. Travelport will comply at all times with the terms and conditions in Attachment C. E. Use with Participating Vendors. Subscriber agrees that the Travelport Group Companies will have the right to extract, use and send to the participating Vendor involved in the relevant transaction, for the sole purpose of facilitating such transaction, any data that Subscriber enters into the Travelport System in respect of bookings made by Subscriber. This data includes but is not limited to Personal Data, airports of departure and arrival, times of departure and arrival and class of seat booked. F.
No License Rights. No license, either express or implied, is granted by either party to the other hereunder with respect to any patent or other intellectual property except as expressly stated in this article 5.
