Common use of No Indemnity Clause in Contracts

No Indemnity. None of the provisions of this Deed shall, in any case in which the Security Trustee has failed to show the degree of care and diligence required of it as security trustee under this Deed, having regard to the provisions of this Deed and any of the other Transaction Documents to which the Security Trustee is a party conferring on the Security Trustee any powers, authorities or discretions, relieve or indemnify the Security Trustee against any liabilities which by virtue of any rule of law would otherwise attach to it in respect of any negligence, default, breach of duty or breach of trust of which it may be guilty in relation to its duties under this Deed.

No Indemnity. None of the provisions of this Deed shall, in any case in which the Security Trustee has failed to show the degree of care and diligence required of it as security trustee under of this Deed, having regard to the provisions of this Deed and any of the other Fifth Issuer Transaction Documents to which the Security Trustee is a party conferring on the Security Trustee any powers, authorities or discretions, relieve or indemnify the Security Trustee against any liabilities which by virtue of any rule of law would otherwise attach to it in respect of any negligence, default, breach of duty or breach of trust of which it may be guilty in relation to its duties under this Deed.
