No Impairment of Rights. The rights of Administrative Agent hereunder shall not be released, diminished, impaired, reduced or adversely affected by (i) any adjustment, indulgence, forbearance or compromise that might be granted or given by Administrative Agent to any primary or secondary obligor or in connection with any security for the Obligations; (ii) any full or partial release of any security for the Obligations, except in accordance with the provisions of the Loan Documents; (iii) any other action taken or omitted to be taken by Administrative Agent in connection with the Obligations, whether or not such action or omission prejudices any Borrower or increases the likelihood that the Collateral Accounts will be applied to the Obligations; or (iv) notice of any of the foregoing.
