Common use of No Further Payments Clause in Contracts

No Further Payments. You agree that your employment will terminate effective January 10, 2020, and that, after that date, Cerner will owe no additional compensation to you other than: (i) your final paycheck covering the period through January 10, 2020, (ii) any performance-based cash incentive compensation earned but not yet paid as of January 10, 2020 (including, the Q4 2019 CPP bonus as described in Paragraph 10.B., below), and (iii) the separation benefits described in Paragraph 1.

No Further Payments. You agree that your employment will terminate effective January 10November 2, 20202018, and that, after that date, Cerner will owe no additional compensation to you other than: (i) than your final paycheck covering the period through January 10paycheck, 2020, (ii) any performance-based cash incentive compensation earned but not yet paid as of January 10November 2, 2020 2018 (including, the Q4 2019 potentially, a Q3 2018 CPP bonus as described in Paragraph 10.B.7.B., below), and (iii) the separation benefits described in Paragraph 1.1.A.

You agree that your employment will terminate effective January 10March 31, 20202021, and that, after that date, Cerner will owe no additional compensation to you other than: (i) your final paycheck covering the period through January 10Xxxxx 00, 20200000, (iixx) any performance-based cash incentive compensation earned but not yet paid as of January 10March 31, 2020 2021 (including, the Q4 2019 Q1 2021 CPP bonus as described in Paragraph 10.B., below), and (iii) the separation benefits described in Paragraph 1.

You agree that your employment will terminate effective January 10February 27, 20202021, and that, after that date, Cerner will owe no additional compensation to you other than: (i) your final paycheck covering the period through January 10February 27, 20202021, (ii) any performance-based cash incentive compensation for Q4 2020 earned but not yet paid as of January 10February 27, 2020 (including, the Q4 2019 CPP bonus as described in Paragraph 10.B., below)2021, and (iii) the separation benefits described in Paragraph 1.
