Common use of No Further Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Further Obligations. The amounts and benefits provided for in this Section 9 shall be in lieu of any termination or severance payments or benefits for which you may be eligible or entitled, now or in the future, under any of the plans, policies, or programs of Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates. In addition, the amounts and benefits provided for in this Section 9 shall be inclusive of all statutory severance payable or otherwise provided to you in relation to your employment by Company and the termination of your employment under this Agreement and compensation for all required notice periods. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 9, from and after the date of such termination, you shall (i) have no right to receive any further compensation (including Base Salary or Bonus) hereunder, and, (ii) except to the extent required by law, cease to be covered under or be permitted to actively participate in any benefits plans or programs.
