No Further Amendment. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions, and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment is limited precisely as written and shall not be deemed to be an amendment to any other term or condition of the Agreement or any of the documents referred to therein.
No Further Amendment. Except as expressly modified by the terms of this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and the parties hereto expressly reaffirm and ratify their respective obligations thereunder.
No Further Amendment. The parties hereto agree that except as provided in this Amendment Agreement, the Trust Agreement shall continue unmodified, in full force and effect and constitute legal and binding obligations of all parties thereto in accordance with its terms. This Amendment Agreement forms an integral and inseparable part of the Trust Agreement.
No Further Amendment. Except as provided above, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, unless further amended pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

No Further Amendment. The parties hereto agree that all other provisions of the Original Agreement shall, subject to Section 2, continue unmodified, in full force and effect and constitute legal and binding obligations of the parties in accordance with their terms. This Amendment forms an integral and inseparable part of the Original Agreement.
No Further Amendment. Except as amended hereby, the Merger Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
No Further Amendment. Except as amended by this Amendment, the Original Warrant remains unaltered and shall remain in full force and effect.
No Further Amendment. Except as amended hereby, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
No Further Amendment. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect and the parties hereby ratify their respective obligations thereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, Borrower expressly reaffirms and ratifies its obligation to pay or reimburse Agent and Lenders on request for all reasonable expenses, including legal fees, actually incurred by Agent or such Lender in connection with the preparation of this Amendment and the closing of the transactions contemplated hereby.
