No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming the Borrower as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent on behalf of the Lenders as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit "D", and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1.6.

No Financing Statements. No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming the Borrower Jetride as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Agent on behalf of the Lenders as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit "“D", ” and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1.64.1(f).
