Common use of No Exception Clause in Contracts

No Exception. Other than as noted by the Custodian on the Exception Report and other than with respect to any Wet Loan, no Material Exception exists (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or the Lender's security interest, granted by the Borrower, in the Mortgage Loan as determined by the Lender in its sole discretion.

Other than as noted by the Custodian on the Exception Report and other than with respect to any Wet Loan, Report; no Material Exception exists (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or the Lender's security interest, granted by the Borrower, in the Mortgage Loan as determined by the Lender in its sole discretion.
