Common use of No Endorsement Clause in Contracts

No Endorsement. Contractor shall make no written or oral commitment, which represents or implies any endorsement by the Court of Contractor, its employees or subcontractors or the quality of the Contractor’s, its employees’ or subcontractor’s services without the Court’s prior written consent, the granting of which shall be in the Court’s sole discretion. Nothing herein shall prevent Contractor’s disclosure of the existence and nature of this Agreement.
