No Endorsement of SSO Supplier. Duke Energy Ohio’s determination of an SSO Supplier’s creditworthiness pursuant to the process set forth in this Article 5 will not be deemed to constitute an express or implied warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to the financial or operational qualifications of such SSO Supplier. Duke Energy Ohio will treat all SSO Suppliers in a non-discriminatory manner and shall provide no preference to any SSO Supplier.
