Common use of No Encumbrance Clause in Contracts

No Encumbrance. None of the Escrow Shares or any beneficial -------------- interest therein may be pledged, sold, assigned or transferred, including by operation of law or by a Holder, or may be taken or reached by any legal or equitable process in satisfaction of any debt or other liability of a Holder, prior to the delivery of the Escrow Shares by the Custodian or Cambridge to such Holder pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.

No Encumbrance. None of the Escrow Shares or any beneficial -------------- interest therein may be pledged, sold, assigned or transferred, including by operation of law or by a Holder, or may be taken or reached by any legal or equitable process in satisfaction of any debt or other liability of a Holder, prior to the delivery of the Escrow Shares by the Custodian Escrow Agent or Cambridge KHC to such Holder pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.

No Encumbrance. None of the Escrow Shares or any beneficial -------------- interest therein may be pledged, soldsold (except as provided in Section 1.3), assigned or transferred, including by operation of law or by a Holder, or may be taken or reached by any legal or equitable process in satisfaction of any debt or other liability of a Holder, prior to the delivery of the Escrow Shares by the Custodian Escrow Agent or Cambridge Parent to such Holder pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.
