No employee, whether full-time or part-time, shall have the right after taking a day off, whether sick, vacation or otherwise, to “bump” scheduled part-time employees who are to work as per the seniority rules in the Collective Agreement.

  • No Employment This Agreement shall not give Optionee a right to employment by, or membership on the board of directors of, the Company or its subsidiaries.
