No employee, whether full-time or part-time, shall have the right after taking a day off, whether sick, vacation or otherwise, to “bump” scheduled part-time employees who are to work as per the seniority rules in the Collective Agreement.

No Employment This Agreement shall not give Optionee a right to employment by, or membership on the board of directors of, the Company or its subsidiaries.
No Employment Relationship Whether or not any Options are to be granted under this Plan shall be exclusively within the discretion of the Plan Administrator, and nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as giving any person any right to participate under this Plan. The Party understands that all tax returns required by the Internal Revenue Code and the State of Vermont, including but not limited to income, withholding, sales and use, and rooms and meals, must be filed by the Party, and information as to Agreement income will be provided by the State of Vermont to the Internal Revenue Service and the Vermont Department of Taxes.
