Customer acknowledges that Vonage and Vonage’s suppliers have no responsibility to connect any 911 calls to any Public Safety Answering Point.
No Emergency Services. In accordance with Chapter 3926, Special District Local Laws Code, the District shall not establish, operate, maintain, or finance a fire department or police department, directly or indirectly through interlocal agreements with other providers of such services, without the prior consent of the City by resolution or ordinance.

Universal Translation Services, its affiliates or staff are in no way liable for such emergency calls or communications. By agreeing to these Terms of Service you understand that additional arrangements outside of Universal Translation Services must be made by you and your end users to access Emergency Services. You agree that the Service contains Content specifically provided by Universal Translation Services or its partners and that such Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws. You shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the
